The Software Quality Lead Engineer develops and maintains systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements.
 

As a Software Quality Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing the Engineering Procure Construct tendering and project execution phases.
  • Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.
  • Ensuring customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are considered in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.
  • Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have degree in Engineering, Technology, Quality Management, or related discipline.
  • Have good working experience in Quality Engineering/Quality Control and auditing for systems, products, and processes.
  • Have experience in reviewing, updating, and maintaining all work instructions, templates, and procedures to ensure quality.
  • Have experience in working with quality standards: ISO 9001:2015, TickIT Plus, Six Sigma, ISO 13628-6, IEC 61508.
  • Have proven working experience in conducting internal and external audits, preferably on teams in worldwide locations.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Be fluent in English.
