As a Lead Engineer - Service you will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters.
As a Lead Engineer - Service, you will be responsible for:
- Developing Service design concepts based on user needs, and define allocation to subsystems based on refinement of the design concept
- Performing detailed trade studies to define the specifications for features or components
- Performing CTQ and requirements flowdown, document their designs, and perform verification of their designs
- Capturing service requirements and ensure that systems, subsystems, or component designs meet those requirements
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Working together with business leadership and delivering products as part of a team
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/Technology
- Have significant experience as an engineer in similar area of competency (Service Engineering)
- Have good communication skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability
- Be fluent in English
