Purpose of role: to conduct various types of audits and work closely with clients to help them improve their performance by assessing their systems and processes against BSI standards.
Accountabilities include:
- May lead a team of Assessors, ensuring the region has the correct resources to deliver the budgeted days and meet utilization targets.
- Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate.
- Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
- Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts to ensure an effective partnership, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account growth.
- Provide accurate and prompt information to support services, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met.
- Coach colleagues as appropriate especially where those members are inexperienced assessors or unfamiliar with clients' business/technology and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues.
- Plan/schedule workloads to make best use of own time and maximize revenue-earning activity.
- Meet yearly budget and operational targets. Preparation and maintained of sample plans for assigned multi-location clients.
Candidate Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above and have a comprehensive knowledge in auditor with training and a working knowledge in related field.
- Candidate must have background in the technical / automative.
- Candidate must Qualified BCM/TISAX, 5 tools, lean 6 sigma, and some certificate or experience in the automation manufacturing.
- Having experience in the automation, manufacturing or engineering field will be an advantage.
- 5 years’ experience in 2nd party Auditor.
- Having Training and business development skills is preferred.
