To form the bridge between the needs/requirements of sales and the operational capabilities by operating and monitoring daily framework/ SOP.
Responsibilities
- Framework/ SOP Administrator
- Implement new framework/SOP to related stakeholders
- Keep track of framework/SOP updates and inform stakeholders on any changes
- Manage, modify, and document the SOP
- Collect feedback from stakeholders
- Analyze and propose advice on tactics to improve performance
- Project Execution
- Assist Team Leader rolling out new projects
- Keep track of key metric results of the project
- Monitor, report the progress of project to Team Leader.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience work at operation excellence/ project management in e- logistics/ e-commerce
- Data driven decision making;
- Local operational context: Basic understanding of local geography and operations;
- Communications skills: Able to present and communicate findings in clear and concise manner to all stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
- Project Management
- Advanced excel skills, SQL / BI tools, etc
- Fluent verbal and written in English
Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
