Job Description

Responsabilities

  • Lead and manage a team of employees
  • Set team goals and objectives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Ensure that team members are collaborating and communicating effectively.
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure that they are completed promptly.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members whenever necessary.
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals to evaluate team members' performance.
  • Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best.
  • Maintain communication with senior management to inform them of team progress and any issues.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an assistant manager/TL/Team Manager or in a similar leadership role with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to motivate and engage team members.
  • An innovative and creative mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (i.e., salesforce is an advantage but not required).
