atam Brand / Product Coordinator Tork
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand/Product Manager to join our team and support the development of our leader brand Tork across Latin America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Latam Senior Marketing Product Manager to execute marketing strategies, coordinate product launches, and drive category growth in the region.
Position can be based in Mexico City (MX), Medellín (CO), Santiago(CH), Sao Paulo or San José (CR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to expand the Wiping & Cleaning category in Latam.
- Product Launches: Coordinate and oversee product launches from planning to market entry, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations to align product strategies with business objectives.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to uncover trends, consumer insights, and new opportunities for growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze category performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
- Promotional Strategies: Assist in designing promotional campaigns and marketing materials to strengthen product positioning and brand equity.
- Regional Alignment: Coordinate with local markets to ensure compliance and alignment with regional strategies.
- Global Collaboration: Serve as a key support for the Latam Senior Marketing Product Manager, facilitating communication with the global team.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies tailored to the Wiping & Cleaning category in Latam.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in marketing or product management, preferably in the consumer goods or B2B sector.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage market data (excel - advanced level)
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Achiever mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
