Job Objectives
Ensure order fulfillment, inventory management, timebound ticket & issue resolution and fulfill order demands accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment when demands are high.
Job Responsibilities
Order Management and Inventory Tracking:
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Track all orders delivery, keep an updated database of all deliveries
- Process the migration sheet on daily basis within minimum amount of time
- Maintain “Already Shahry” numbers at less than 4% on monthly basis
- Produce Monthly/Daily reports for team and management
- Manage Apple TV Operations by coordinating with logistic partner for smooth operations/deliveries, to keep the SLA intact and ensure less complaints tickets
- Timely supply of stock to relevant parties; conduct a regular audit to make sure the numbers match physically and in system
- Manage Shahry ME Orders by maintaining the Order Sheet and coordinate with Logistic Team, Delivery and Reporting.
Ticket & Issue Resolution
- Reduce IT related issues on migration where cases should be less than 1% on monthly basis
- Respond to /resolve Siebel tickets within the agreed SLA
- Manage customer follow-up communication to ensure order and service expectations have been met.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related fields, preferred
Previous Work Experience
- Overall 1 to 3 years of experience in order management
- Prior experience with fulfillment software, preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer
- Must be organized, give attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fulfill order demands during campaigns and peak times
