Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Key Account Manager with the passion to build and nurture long term partnerships with our retail partners in the Baltic region (Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania). Come and join the LEGO team!  

You will bring a passion for customer service, outstanding collaborations skills and an insight driven approach to identifying and winning commercial opportunities crafting value for both LEGO and our retail partners. 

Overall responsibility: 

Within the framework of LEGO Groups objectives, strategies and priorities, take lead on – and in agreement with all relevant internal and external collaborators – deliver a driven joint scorecard with the customer. 

  • Follow status and dynamics in the retail landscape, as basis for identifying the optimal short- & medium-term customer business objectives. 

  • Support the development of a joint strategic plan/ambition level with relevant key accounts. 

  • Ensure development and execution of balanced long-term business model with customers, which will ensure healthy business growth, visibility and delivery of aligned critical metrics. 

  • Develop outstanding customer business plans to support a sustainable growth agenda for LEGO Group as well as the customer. This includes defining must in battles, scorecard, flow and activity plans, P&L’s and similar. Ensure internal commitment. 

  • Present the plan to the customers and ensure their commitment. 

  • Orchestrate the execution of the plan supported by accurate planning/after action review, cooperation with relevant collaborators and regular business meetings with customer. 

Conduct accurate analysis, planning and after-action review to support above mentioned tasks, such as;  

  • Forecasts of flow plans & demand plans (full year/monthly topline, customer flows, novelty launches, promotions, displays etc) 

  • Monthly preparation of S&OP files 

  • Monthly CS, stock, shipment analysis 

  • Scorecard planning & Monthly update 

  • P&L on customer level 

  • Assortment planning & optimization – deliver 2 times per year listing recommendations for customers based on marketing priorities and recommendations and actual performance of portfolio 

  • Become the essential interface between LEGO and customer you are responsible for and many collaborators in the organisation 

  • Prepare and participate in the internal conferences and the International Toy Fair. 

  • Participate in regular market runs in all 3 Baltic countries 

  • Support colleagues and proactively work for collaborative culture – in any aspect of business. 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in Key Account management, preferably at a top FMCG company.

  • Solid strategic orientation proven by shaping your own area of responsibility.

  • Curious and customer-focused, result-oriented with a strong performance record.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to listen and adjust to different customers.

  • Proficient Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and create actionable insights.
