Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for proactively identifying emerging trends in the semiconductor, chemicals, battery, and display & smartphone markets, providing timely and innovative solutions to address customers' unmet needs. This role also focuses on building and nurturing strong, long-term partnerships between our company and customers to ensure ongoing, productive collaboration.
Key account manager for electronics
- Location: Field (Gyeonggi do, Deajeon and other areas)
- Coverage: Chemical Analaysis products - FT-IR, NIR, Raman solution and others
What will you do?
• Build up potential opportunities by delivering a value proposition for FT-IR, NIR, and Raman solution to customers in electronics
• Develop mid-term&long-term strategic growth plan based on broad customer network as well as a deep understanding of their applications.
• Capture the voice of customers from the main markets including semiconductors, chemicals, display/battery and automobiles.
• Work closely with key opinion leaders in each market and strengthen the customer relationships
• Determine a better solution to resolve the difficulties from the customers
• Collaborate actively with the application, marketing, and service team.
• Implement marketing event&campaign by cooperating with marketing and application team.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above degree in material science and chemical engineering.
• At least 10+ years of sales or application experiences in spectroscopy or relevant field.
• English (Oral and written proficiency)
• Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong evidence of ability to implement and complete plans
• Frequent travel will be required
