El Key Account Coordinator es responsable de impulsar las marcas de nuestro portafolio identificando las oportunidades de comercialización de los productos de acuerdo con el segmento del cliente, con el objetivo de garantizar la distribución y disponibilidad optima de nuestros productos en el mercado donde actuamos.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales por cliente, canal, país, región y marca
- Identificar las necesidades de sus clientes con el fin de realizar propuestas que permitan maximizar la relación comercial
- Informar a sus clientes de nuevos productos o categorías que brinden oportunidades de negocio
- Informar a sus clientes sobre sustitución, cambios técnicos o innovaciones realizados en nuestros productos o marcas/SBU y el valor agregado que conlleva a su negocio y al consumidor
- Complementar con el Demand Accelerator Coordinator (DX) los procesos de Sell out para crear mejores estrategias de Sell in.
- Conocer y manejar asertivamente el surtido de nuestras marcas
- Analizar información de mercado, en cuanto participación de marcas, importaciones, sell in
- Conocer el perfil del usuario final de cada marca/SBU
- Cumplir con las políticas comerciales de la empresa, definiendo parámetros por cliente que garanticen el crecimiento del mercado y la cobranza oportuna de las ventas realizadas
- Velar por la correcta comercialización de nuestras marcas en cuanto: precio, imagen y disponibilidad (aplicación del MSRP)
- Analizar los inventarios por marca, categoría y producto para promover su venta oportuna y cumplir con los objetivos de rotación
- Solicitar y dar seguimiento a las notas de crédito y débito solicitadas con el fin que se registren el periodo o mes que aplican
- Conocer los acuerdos comerciales por cliente, rebate por marca y volumen, acuerdos de cooperación y estratégicos; dar seguimiento a estos acuerdos y definir acciones para su cumplimiento.
- Administrar y maximizar los fondos de inversión cooperativa (COOP).
- Reuniones de alineación con el equipo Regional, Cluster Manager.
- Elaborar reportes de gestión.
- Procesar notas de crédito relativas a actividades promocionales (COOP).
REQUISITOS DEL CARGO
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería industrial, Ventas, Marketing (Preferido).
- 2 a 5 años de experiencia en adelante.
- Preferiblemente con conocimiento del sector industrial, construcción, ferretero o similares
- Manejo de SAP (preferible).
- Office intermedio- Avanzado
