We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join the Office of the CEO. This role will play a critical part in driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and supporting product launches. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of new product development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for product launches.
  • Utilize Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management tools to track progress and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution against company goals.
  • Identify potential risks and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, product operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira.
  • Strong understanding of new product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with or demonstrated curiosity in complex enterprise SaaS solutions, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and navigate multiple product domains simultaneously. 
  • Experience working with multi-tenant or highly configurable software solutions is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
