Job Overview:
Member of the Payroll team will be reporting to the Team Lead, and will be a part of Common Shared Services (CSS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore, handling service processes related to India Payroll for an assigned business unit or geography. This will be Third Party based Contract role.
Responsibilities:

Daily Exit Employees reliving and Final Settlement
-
Handling payroll inputs and employee's queries
-
Knowledge of PF Process
-
Knowledge of India Income Tax Act.
-
Monthly UAN creation, Linking and KYC Updating in EPFO-Website.
-
Monthly PF contribution calculation, remittance with EPFO org
-
Monthly Exit Management in EPFO Portal
-
Monthly KYC and other claim management in EPFO Portal
-
New Joiners and exit employees transfer and Claim Management
Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
-
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in India Payroll related and statutory laws like PF, ESI and Income tax law

Knowledge of HR Tool – Hinext/ADP etc.

Proficiency in MS Office and Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented
