Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working

Contract: Full-time, permanent

If you have previous experience within sales and you're looking to progress into a Business Development Executive then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Due to the continued growth of our Training Sales Team, we are now looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join us on a full-time and permanent basis.

About the role

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will provide invaluable support to both colleagues and clients across our training portfolio. By utilising your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, you’ll build strong and credible relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their business and offering the best solutions to support their business needs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage sales opportunities including prospecting new business.

  • Execute sales processes to investigate, explore and understand customer needs.

  • Support and manage reseller relationships.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Previous sales experience ideally B2B in a telephony based environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong and credible relationships.

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Experience of working towards targets and KPIs.

  • Previous experience of using Salesforce would be desirable.
