Description and Requirements
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Brand Associate to join our dynamic enterprise marketing and brand team. This role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about brand storytelling and has a keen eye for curating and managing content. The Junior Brand Associate will assist in developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and curating archive content that effectively communicates our brand narrative.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Support:
• Assist in the execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing organization to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance brand strategies.
• Track the performance of brand and content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks related to brand management and content curation.
Content Curation and Storytelling:
• Work closely on the development of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Contribute ideas for brand storytelling that resonate with our target audience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts and campaigns.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, History, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or archival work is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of brand identity.
Skills
• Basic knowledge of brand practices, and standards.
• Ability to create compelling narrative for various media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
The salary range for applicants for this position is 60,900 - 81,200.
