We are looking for a Junior AP accountant who will join our Global Business Services division.
What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:

Processing of non-PO and PO invoices
-
Manage supplier invoice coding and administration of invoice approval workflow

Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries
-
Participation in month end closing activities
-
Possibility to participate in projects and improvements related to standardization and automation of accounting processes
This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to think analytically

Good combination of team playing, proactivity and willingness to develop in the finance

Education related to economics, finance or similar will be advantageous

Excel knowledge will be advantageous
