 Currently, they are opening their new service center in Bulgaria and we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of: Junior Account payable with English and German

Main Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:

1. Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time

2. Statement Reconciliations 

3. Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices

4. Handle the Blocked resolutions

5. Processing all recodes received

6. Initiates follow up for the parked documents

Qualifications

Our requirements 
- Excellent knowledge of German and English language level B1-B2 or higher.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required; 
- Communication skills and the ability to maintain a good relationship with customers and support them in finding the best solution; 
- Ability to work with complex information in a simple and understandable way; 

-Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
