Role and Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

• Maintaining the client database by adding clients’ profile and updates;
• Supporting key account managers by providing feedback on the results of the market;  
• Responsible for Sales administrative documentation, following the internal procedures to obtain proper contract database;
• Developing and maintaining reports according to the existing needs in the basic activity of the division;
• Liaising with the commercial and marketing department and with others departments of the company related business needs;
• Analyzing and studying the market, the competitors, the trends, and customer satisfaction;
• Connecting with finance responsible people, participating to finance meetings and updates the team as per project needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - business or marketing field is considered an advantage;
• Communication & team-related skills;
• English language fluency: This enables you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders;
• Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers;
• Strive for customer satisfaction;
• Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS) & a knack for database administration;
• Word and Power Point geekiness;
• Project management knowledge could be a plus.
