About the Role: 

As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our internal IT team and seeking an IT Support Specialist to join us in Limassol. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of IT support experience who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll support payabl.’s teams by ensuring our internal hardware and software systems run smoothly. From setting up workstations to resolving daily tech issues, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and a seamless tech experience.

 Reporting Line: This role reports to Systems Administrator - Cyprus Lead

You will:

  • Provide first-level IT support, assisting employees with hardware and software issues (e.g., laptops, printers, network connectivity, internal tools).
  • Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment for new and existing employees.
  • Provide day-to-day technical assistance and contribute to internal IT projects.
  • Manage and resolve internal support tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, email configuration, and access management.
  • Support a hybrid working model by coordinating onsite IT needs with team schedules.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot devices in both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Help maintain basic documentation for internal processes and troubleshooting guides.

What we need:

You’re a detail-oriented, solutions-focused individual who enjoys solving problems and empowering others through technology. Independent and resourceful, you know how to troubleshoot effectively, but you also value teamwork and collaboration. You’re curious, proactive, and looking for a place where you can grow and develop your IT career.

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
  • Proficiency with both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft products, Google Workspace, and Jira.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues; ability to think ahead to solve problems proactively.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek (additional languages are a plus).
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.

🚀 Our Hiring Process:

First Interview: Conducted by the Talent Acquisition team (30-40 min).
Second Interview: 1-hour Deep dive with Systems Administrator - Cyprus Lead
Final Behavioral Interview: Focused team fit, with participation of Chief Technology Officer with Systems Administrator - Cyprus Lead(1-1.5hours).
