Our Client Relations Team is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive, client-focused professional to join us! Reporting Line: This role reports directly to the Head of Client Management

You Will:

As a Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing client relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Client Success & Optimization: Provide expert guidance on system usage, offering insights and recommendations to help clients maximize efficiency and value.
  • Issue Resolution & Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, proactively identify potential issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve challenges swiftly.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and suppliers, ensuring that client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Project Oversight: Manage client-driven projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with the Sales team to provide clients with updates on product enhancements, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged.

What we need:

We’re seeking an ambitious, client-oriented professional with a passion for fintech and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in client relations, business development, or sales, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving retention, and contributing to market expansion.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the payments sector, including emerging trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
  • A data-driven mindset, with a strong understanding of customer success metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • A willingness to travel as needed to maintain strong client relationships and meet business objectives.

🚀 Hiring Process:

1️⃣ First Interview: Conducted by the Talent Acquisition team (30-40 min).

2️⃣ Second Interview: 1-hour deep-dive with the Head of Client Management.

3️⃣ Final Behavioural Interview: Focused team fit, with participation from the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Group Chief Growth Officer of Acquiring (1-1.5hours
