Job Description
We are looking for an IT Portfolio Analyst to join the IT Project team at Ignitis Group’s shared service center. You’ll be a part of a team that manages 80+ applications and oversees more than 450 deployments to production each year. Our 180+ strong IT team drives continuous innovation, agile development, and application modernization. If you're experienced in portfolio analysis, change management, and IT process coordination, we’d love to have you on board!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Monitoring each stage of IT project or IT programs implementation to ensuring proper execution (process, artifacts)
- Monitoring IT project or IT programs timeline, budget, and scope discrepancies against the approved baseline and propose solutions
- Implementing improvements of IT project management procedures, methodologies, and best practices in response to changing circumstances
- Implementing improvements in IT project monitoring – align metrics and implement standard tools
- Implementing the monitoring and management of interdependencies between projects
- Providing recommendations for decision-making
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects of varying complexity following project management methodologies
- Knowledge of AGILE, PMI (PMBOK)/PRINCE2/other standards and their practical application;
- Knowledge of project portfolio management and its analysis principles
- Analytical, critical, and creative thinking with a results-oriented approach, ability to manage large amounts of information simultaneously
- Excellent computer skills with MS programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, as well as strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and English
