Job Description
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for PCs, servers, and other IT-related issues for end-users across the hotel.
- Conduct routine system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure.
- Be knowledgeable of hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring all IT operations are in line with safety protocols.
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software, assisting with PC setup, IT systems, and user access during onboarding.
- Troubleshoot and resolve in-house guest IT issues, ensuring smooth access to internet and other digital services.
- Support, manage, and administer Windows Servers, ensuring they run efficiently.
- Proven experience in Hotel IT support and systems administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with Windows-based environments.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and database backup practices.
- Ability to assist with onboarding and IT setup for new employees and users.
- Understanding of hotel operations and technology integration.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving IT issues.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by hotel management.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, representing the hotel’s professional image.
Qualifications
- Degree/ HND in relevant Field
- Preferable prerequisite is 02-03 years' experience in hotel business.
- Knowledge in computer Hardware, Software, Data Base, and Networking.
- Good communication skills
