Site IT Specialist (RIS)

You will be responsible for maintaining and supervising the operations of the site’s infrastructure and equipment and actively participate in the implementation and evolution of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- The services to the users of the site are supplied in the respect of service contracts.
- The hardware, the software and the services of the site are compliant with the Group technical and security standards and are managed according to the IS processes.
- The inventory of hardware and software is up to date.
- Evolutions of local IS/IT functions stay aligned with the global IS/IT strategy.
- The maintenance plan of IS/IT equipment is defined and applied.
- The development of the IS/IT local teams is managed.
- The IS/IT Internal Control level is aligned with Group requirement.
- Integration of new IS/IT technologies (such as Digital) is ensured in compliance to requirements.
- All projects which include IS/IT are reviewed to ensure their compliance.
- Contributions to IS/IT projects are sized & organized according to planning and budget.
- Ensure that the action plans are defined and carried out during crisis situations.
EXTERNAL PROFILE REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role (experience in working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools will be preferred)
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, hardware and software applications
- Certification in relevant IT fields (Ex: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices and the knowledge of network & server management.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication, customer focus and interpersonal relationship skills.
