Site IT Specialist

You will be responsible for maintaining and supervising the operations of the site’s infrastructure and equipment and actively participate in the implementation and evolution of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Service level and users satisfaction comply to expectations (availability of applications, equipment and services)
- Performance and conformity of IT equipment are managed
- Effectiveness of all interventions (diagnostic quality, temporary services offered, respect of intervention timeline)
- Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, cost of IT services, appropriate use of hotlines and support)
- Technical and operational documentation are conformed and updated (lists of equipment and software, source files, backups, training material)
- The maintenance plan of equipments is defined and applied
EXTERNAL PROFILE REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role (experience in working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools will be preferred).
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, hardware and software applications.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (Ex: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices and the knowledge of network & server management.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication, customer focus and interpersonal relationship skills.
