Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Intern for the Group Internal Audit Team, starting in September 2025 for 5 to 6 months.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
You will be part of the HeadQuarters (HQ) Group Internal Audit team composed of 4 functions covering Group Internal Audits, Group Internal Control (also covering Data Analytics), Risk & Insurance. The team is composed of 10 members led by the Group Internal Audit Director who ensures that affiliates comply with Group internal control principles. You will participate to support the Group Internal Auditors in their audits, Group Internal Control manager on subjects related to Internal control and also work to support the data analytics roadmap for the team. You will report to the Group Internal Control Manager
Your key missions?
- You will participate in Group-wide internal audit missions (pre-work, data analytics, support during audits including tests on different operational cycles and help prepare the internal audit reports)
- You will participate in Group Internal Control Topics such as the preparation of presentations, support on the Group GRC Tool (Governance, Risk & Compliance), SAPIN II reporting and group-wide e-learning on Internal Control
- You will identify risks/weaknesses in the business processes and formalization of recommendations
- You will contribute to other transversal projects such as thematic audits and prepare analyses for the Audit Committee and Top Management
- You will contribute to other recurring missions (follow-up of previous audit points etc.)
- You will provide support to the Internal Audit Data Analyst on dashboards for impactful insights and reporting

- You have an appetite for the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector
- You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and you have summarization capabilities, writing skills, interpersonal skills, team spirit
- You master Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint
- You have a knowledge of PowerBI and basic SQL / Python and support dashboard creation
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete a 6-month internship and have a work placement agreement from your school/university.
