The Function, or purpose of the College Intern, LATAM position is to provide the existing World Kinect personnel with analytical support.  The primary responsibilities are:1) Downloading CCEE´s reports, which is done manually, send CCEE summary reports to existing clients, and keep track of the days that the reports are released and the due dates.2) Bill Validation & Audit for existing LATAM clients.3) Elaborate and send to the existing clients the consumption forecast every Monday.4) Request Supplier and Distribution company invoices on behalf of our existing clients.5) Update the technical graphs and maps of the Weekly and Monthly Intelligence Reports that we deliver to our existing clients.6) Support the Client Manager LATAM and the Analyst LATAM in the develop and preparation of the Monthly Savings Reports.7) Support the Client Manager LATAM and the Analyst LATAM in delivering the World Kinect Online (WKOL) Reporting and Cost Breakdown and keep track of the information available to the existing clients at WKOL.8) Elaborate and prepare feasibility studies to migrate to the Open Access Market.9) to support in delivering our services to AWS Brazil, with focusing on the support with the monthly invoices from the transmissions companies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the CCEE compliance / mandatory processes and procedures alongside the Client.
•  Manager LATAM and the Analyst LATAM;
• Monitor WKOL information updates for existing clients in Latin America;
• Support Client Manager LATAM and the Analyst LATAM in presentations and analysis for existing LATAM clients;
• Support Sales Manager LATAM in presentation and feasibility studies for LATAM prospects;
• Regular updating of the delivery schedules of the Open Access Markets compliance procedures;
• Support the Client Manager LATAM, the Analyst LATAM and the Sustainability team in the I-REC´s processes and procedures in the negotiations with Renewable Power Plants and End-users;
• Support, both the Client Manager LATAM and the Sales Manager LATAM, to analyze and interpret LATAM data on marketplace trends, competitors, customers, suppliers, and market changes. The data and business development insight are expected to generate actionable recommendations for Kinect existing clients;
• Monitor contractual adjustments, terms of supply contracts, updates of commercial conditions and the deadlines of automatic renewals of supply contracts;

 REQUIRED EDUCATION

• In college and studying the following courses: Engineering, Finance, or other business-related discipline.
• Advanced English required and Spanish desirable.
