Job Purpose

This graphic design summer Intern will work to help increase revenue for the Fiskars Americas eCommerce business working along side the Sr. Graphic Designer on a variety of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience, technical training with eCommerce team

• Support strategy by developing and tracking digital assets for optimization on Amazon, retail and DTC platforms.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing innovative ideas and solutions

• Conduct client research to support project goals and enhance customer insights

• Development of digital assets could include: Google and display ads, PDP images, A/B images tests and A+ content

• Learn and apply Fiskars brand integrity through creative assets and creative briefs

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related major within the next 12-24 months

Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)

• Ability and desire to work in a team and collaborate with others

• Excellent design and layout skills

• Working knowledge of typography

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

Language Skills

• English as a daily working language
