Job Description
- Manage sensory panel activities and sensory lab - such as conducting sensory test, Housekeeping of lab.
- Prepare samples for, and conduct sensory trials.
- Data collection and analysed for sensory trials
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Food safety & hygiene
- Able to handle/prepare beef and non halal sample.
