Pfizer Singapore is recruiting permanent employees for manufacturing site expansion of PFIZER ASIA MANUFACTURING PTE LTD (PAMPL) in Singapore.
POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent will oversee the maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning related)/BMS/Clean room facilities (Grade D) on site in partnership with outsourced contractors/vendors/IFM, in compliance with cGMP, EHS and regulatory requirements in a cost effective manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform all work safely in compliance with Pfizer in-house rules & regulations, mandatory Safety WSH Acts and quality/cGMP/DI requirement.
- Lead, coordinate and execute major equipment HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning related)/BMS/Clean room facilities (Grade D) repair and troubleshooting.
- Lead in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning related)/BMS/Clean room facilities investigation (IRS/QAR) & participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the effective execution of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning) related/BMS/Clean room facilities related service contracts by contractors and vendors
- Execute maintenance management program for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning)/BMS/Cleanroom facilities equipment and control system.
- Carry out schedule activities in co-ordination with internal stakeholders and with service providers to prepare the site facilities for agency inspections and visitors.
- Support new project development and execute field work on minor upgrading projects related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning)/BMS/Clean room facilities services.
- Maintain proper records of work for data analysis, mark-up of drawings for modifications and its as-built status.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment on areas under one's responsibility.
- Complete all assigned training on-time and also prior to work execution.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs.
KPI's include:
- Safety incident / lost time
- Execution of work within timeline
- Maintenance Expenses (Actual versus Budget)

1 x HVAC/BMS Specialist
EDUCATION
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Engineering discipline
EXPERIENCE
Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical / Semiconductor / Chemical industry in HVAC/BMS/Cleanroom facilities maintenance management
Other Job Related Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills and customer focus.
- Team player with proven performance in problem-solving and a track record of being able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
