✅ Is that you?
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a technical, data-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, tools, principles, and SDLC
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server databases (query writing, database structures, reporting)
- Experience investigating and analyzing structured data and ensuring report accuracy
- Ability to identify technical and data issues in reports beyond the UI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience working with numbers and data tables
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Background in software development, including working with databases
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise and BA skills to analyze data, ensure reporting accuracy, and support the transition of 100+ reports to a new technology stack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and analyze requirements for report migration and improvements
- Work with databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in reports
- Support report migration to a new technology stack in collaboration with technical teams
- Validate data generation to ensure reports are correct
- Assist teams in identifying and resolving issues related to data or report functionality
- Create clear documentation for business requirements and reporting processes
- Provide regular updates and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
