ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance, preferably in property insurance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes within the insurance operations and brokering.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and claims adjusters, to gather and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs.
- Ensure that business processes and operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of business processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and recommendations.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
