What you'll do...
- Onboard new vendors
- Review and process invoices/AP
- Answer inquiries from vendors/brokers regarding their payments
- Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) and Claims Management
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding user access, email notifications, reports, and claim generation
- Review and process data updates for carriers
- Track claim expenses, payments and deductible exhaustion
- Review and investigate details, compile documentation, determine liability/valuation, discuss strategy with outside counsel, business and TPA
- Communicate with insurer re claim management
- Update accounting/finance team re major claims
- Work with location stakeholders to assess the extent of damage/losses and cost estimates
- Certificates of Insurance
- Manage incoming COI requests
- Indemnity Agreement/Hold Harmless document review. Review and edit indemnity/insurance terms to mitigate risk exposure to acceptable Iron Mountain standards. Communicate with business leaders on the risk exposure and their approval for sign-off
- Work with brokers as needed on COI requests
- Review insurance requirements, issue modifications of non-standard COIs per Iron Mountain’s insurance standards
- Review Digital Mailbox for incoming scanned mail - forward to respective shared mailboxes for proper handling.
- Monopolistic State reporting
- Annual Payroll Audit submission
- Gather the payroll report and supporting tax documentation for submission to the auditor.
What you'll need...
- A BA/BS degree, preferably in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and Budget management
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Risk Management, commercial insurance, or brokerage company
- Demonstrated knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage with claims management experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel and external clients.
