What you'll do...

  • ​Onboard new vendors 
  • Review and process invoices/AP
  • Answer inquiries from vendors/brokers regarding their payments
  • Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) and Claims Management
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding user access, email notifications, reports, and claim generation
  • Review and process data updates for carriers
  • Track claim expenses, payments and deductible exhaustion
  • Review and investigate details, compile documentation, determine liability/valuation, discuss strategy with outside counsel, business and TPA
  • Communicate with insurer re claim management
  • Update accounting/finance team re major claims
  • Work with location stakeholders to assess the extent of damage/losses and cost estimates 
  • Certificates of Insurance 
  • Manage incoming COI requests 
  • Indemnity Agreement/Hold Harmless document review. Review and edit indemnity/insurance terms to mitigate risk exposure to acceptable Iron Mountain standards. Communicate with business leaders on the risk exposure and their approval for sign-off
  • Work with brokers as needed on COI requests
  • Review insurance requirements, issue modifications of non-standard COIs per Iron Mountain’s insurance standards
  • Review Digital Mailbox for incoming scanned mail - forward to respective shared mailboxes for proper handling. 
  • Monopolistic State reporting 
  • Annual Payroll Audit submission
  • Gather the payroll report and supporting tax documentation for submission to the auditor.

What you'll need...

  • A BA/BS degree, preferably in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and Budget management
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Risk Management, commercial insurance, or  brokerage company
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage with claims management experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel and external clients.
