About the role

Risk management plays a critical role in Electrolux’s ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers and consumers. We achieve this by identifying potential risks through our Enterprise Risk Management process, mitigating risks with a comprehensive loss prevention program, and transferring risks via both global and local insurance programs. The Risk Management function is integrated within Group Finance, specifically under the 'Group Treasury, Tax & Risk Management' division.

What you’ll do

As an Insurance Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting global insurance programs and captive insurance companies, focusing on comprehensive data collection, management, and analysis. You will manage data for key programs, including Property and Business Interruption, General and Product Liability, Cargo, Employers Liability, D&O, Crime, and Business Travel.

In preparation for renewals, you’ll lead the collection of renewal information, provide support to local controllers, and assist with premium allocation. After renewals, you will support the issuance of policies and invoices for captive insured programs.

Throughout the year, you’ll handle the collection and organization of insured values globally, ensuring updates to values and addresses as needed. You’ll collaborate with other teams within Group Risk Management—such as loss prevention, security, and Enterprise Risk Management—supporting their data management needs and ensuring smooth integration across functions.

In addition, you’ll visualize data, provide ad hoc analysis, and assist with data cleansing. You’ll maintain up-to-date metrics, manage accounts within the Risk Management Information System, and help drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Who you are:

  • Thrive in an agile environment, working efficiently and proactively to achieve results.

  • View challenges as opportunities for growth, always seeking innovative solutions.

  • Build strong networks, foster trust, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, insurers, and suppliers.

  • Communicate ideas clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights for informed decision-making.

  • Self-driven and proactive, taking initiative and contributing to team success while embracing challenges as opportunities to innovate.

Your background:

  • General knowledge of insurance coverage and processes, with an understanding of global insurance programs.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including creating and managing macros.

  • Proven time management and IT skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data management.

  • A bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent in English.

Some of our benefits include:

  • Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment.

  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services.

  • Family-friendly benefits such as extended paternity leave (4 weeks);

  • Insurance policy plan.

  • Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.

As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development. There are no barriers to where your career could take you.
