- Use a collaborative approach to create materials and enhance business performance.
- Kick off learning projects by defining business goals and creating clear objectives.
- Conduct needs assessment to evaluate learning solutions while leveraging learning technology to address learning needs.
- Select instructional models and design tailored learning assets with business experts.
- Participate or facilitate train-the-trainer sessions in-person or virtually.
- Enhance and revise existing learning materials.
- Perform peer quality control reviews.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Two or more years of instructional design and development experience for corporate professionals or equivalent experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in education, adult learning, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital learning tools, delivery methods and platforms for adult learners.
- Skills: Creative thinking, listening, problem-solving, time management and English communication
- Abilities: History of following guidelines and standards for design tools, delivery methods and learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Instructional design or instructional technology certification.
- Experience using the SAM, ADDIE or rapid prototyping delivery approaches.
- Proficient in Adobe Cloud or Articulate 360.
