As an Insights Analyst III for Riot Singapore, you will primarily focus on Teamfight Tactics’ (TFT) monetization space, including cosmetics content creation and store. You will be part of leadership for TFT Singapore, joining the Production Lead, Product Manager, and Associate Art Director. This role emphasizes using strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, and structured problem solving to inform product decisions and ultimately improve business and player outcomes for our games. You will report directly to the Director of Insights for Riot Singapore. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product managers to create resonant cosmetics content for players, manage product performance, and develop the strategy behind these
  • Lead the Insights work for the monetization space in Singapore, ensuring critical questions and work are identified, prioritized, and advocated for
  • Break down complex problems into frameworks informed by data insights, and use these to guide stakeholder decisions
  • Inform product prioritization through investigating problems and sizing opportunities
  • Develop a strong picture of performance through developing KPIs, building dashboards and pipelines, experiments, and analyzing performance drivers and player behaviors
  • Deepen the foundational understanding of product and players through comprehensive analysis 
  • Collaborate with Insights and product teams located in Riot’s Los Angeles headquarters 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience in analytics, data science, product management, business strategy, or related field, including:
  • Professional experience or a graduate degree involving analyzing large datasets to synthesize clear takeaways
  • Professional experience developing business or product strategy
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python
  • Proficiency in data analysis and managing complex spreadsheets using MS Excel or Google Sheets

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Databricks
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • Experience working in gaming or on monetization / revenue strategy
