About the role


As a Senior Analyst, you will work within our Global Market Access and Pricing team to synthesize data, develop strategic insights, and create impactful client deliverables across ex-US geographies, with a primary focus on the APAC region. You will manage small-scale projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating closely with Project Leads.

What you'll do

  • Collect and analyze pricing and reimbursement data and present them visually in PPT to generate strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Work alongside Project Leads to shape strategic insights.
  • Synthesize findings in a logical and compelling story that answers the client challenge/question.
  • Oversee small-scale project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards.
  • Present sections/subtasks of deliverables to clients.
  • Proactively seek feedback from senior colleagues and project leads throughout projects to continuously improve and refine your work.

About you

  • MSc in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience applying consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience developing market access strategies within private/alternative funding channels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret diverse data sources and communicate scientific content/findings effectively.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic with a commitment to high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Business-level fluency in English (written and oral), with strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including formulas and charts)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.

  • Desirable experience


  • In-depth knowledge of P&R systems in at least one country in the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin/Korean/Japanese preferred).
  • PhD in a relevant scientific, medical, or economic discipline, such as molecular biology, health economics
