About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and join a leading international company that is respected worldwide. The Training Solutions Specialist is charged with expanding the BSI training portfolio within current accounts and developing new account penetration and new sales opportunities prospecting in support of meeting training sales objectives. The position will provide leads to prospects but will additionally be expected to identify other prospective customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Follow up inquiries for training from prospective clients.
  • Update, quote and sell to prospective client information & qualify lead based on BSI established SalesForce.com procedures.
  • Send and relay information to prospective client via email, mail or telephone.
  • Register public training registrants into LMS.
  • Track public training signups for Training Solutions Supervisor.
  • Provide onsite training quotations to clients.
  • Meeting individual assigned territory revenue budget annual/monthly.
  • Meet sales and revenue performance targets and individual KPI’s for territory as agreed upon leads, calls, follow up, quotations, etc.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Sales & Marketing experience is essential.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Good telephone and communication skills.
  • Dealing with customer objections.
  • Self-starter, positive attitude.
  • Software skills – SalesForce.com, LMS, MS Office, Excel, Outlook email.
  • Knowledge or experience in consultative sales.

The salary for this position can range from $51,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
