What you’ll be doing
- Generating new sales prospects through outbound cold emails, cold calls, and following up on leads.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Presenting and showcasing the features and benefits of products and services.
- Updating and enhancing the prospect database.
- Conducting research to find new leads.
- Staying informed about product and service updates as well as competitor offerings.
What are we looking for?
- Proven inside sales experience, ideally business to business
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Consistent record of exceeding sales targets
- Solid phone skills with experience making numerous calls daily
- Skilled in using corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Capable of multitasking, prioritising tasks, and managing time efficiently
