Summary Generated by Built In

Vibrent’s Implementation Project Managers are professional project managers whose sole focus is the implementation of  Vibrent’s SaaS platform for our customers. You will be responsible for overall end-to-end project management for customer implementations, working closely with our customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver our solution to the customers on time and within budget.

This is an external customer facing implementation role. All day, every day, you are working with our customers.

You are responsible for our customers being able to use our SaaS solution to solve problems and escalate their clinical or medical research. If you have never done customer implementations before, this is not the role where you can learn it. It is critical for our success to hire someone who knows exactly how to best implement a SaaS solution for research customers.

This role requires strong background experience with clinical trials and/or medical/ academic research. Ideally, you have direct experience in working for a solutions provider to those customers in an implementation focused role.

Vibrent Health is a remote-first organization, and this is a remote position. You will be equipped to work remotely on a team that is fully remote. Candidates in the Fairfax, VA area may utilize office space there and attend meetings face to face. Nationwide candidates must be prepared to attend daily meetings at 8:30 AM EST.
