The Implementation Manager will support the Strategic Account Managers to execute and drive new customer programs. This will include cross functional work with every department in the organization. The implementation manager is responsible for leading the complete implementation process, along with the ability to build new processes with lean considerations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Account Bids – responsible for obtaining all the pertinent bid information required to load customer bids into the company’s bid tool software. The process also includes monitoring all bid stage gates by working cross functionally across the organization to meet bid deadlines
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Control – coordinates with the buying and inventory teams to ensure that any awarded parts are assigned to the correct branch location by part and by quantity. Follow up with supply chain to ensure that the customer’s go-live dates for implementation are being met.
  • Reporting Requests – provide customer reporting as directed by the national account manager which may include a review of existing accounts with sales history, order detail, etc. based on a given time period
  • Account Review- support strategic customers through an account review that includes opening and closing accounts, updating account nomenclature, adding location identifiers, etc.
  • Work closely with Category Management, Supply Chain and Branch teams to ensure adequate inventory supply
  • Work with Strategic Account Managers and Pricing to respond to RFP’s
  • Assist with onboarding process for new Regional Accounts, including billing and inventory control
  • Conduct research for potential new Strategic Accounts
  • Serve as a liaison between internal team members and external interested parties
  • Maintain implementation Bid Tool
  • Assesses training needs and assists in the development of training programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & TRAINING

· Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma or equivalent with an additional 3 years of relevant professional experience

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with account management or sales implementation
  • Project Management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our corporate office follows a hybrid work structure. Monday-Thursday in office. The primary environment is characterized by ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment found in a typical office environment.
