The role: Implementation Consultant - Digital Shelf
Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant with a strong background in data analytics to join our customer training team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for equipping our customers with the knowledge and skills to leverage the data analytics capabilities of our platform effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our customers, both remotely and in person if required.
- Educate customers on how to interpret and utilize e-commerce data analytics to make informed business decisions.
- Customize training content to address the unique needs and goals of each customer, showcasing the relevance of data analytics to their business.
- Collaborate with our product and development teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and enhancements related to data analytics.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting data analytics-related issues when needed.
- Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Solid background in e-commerce, preferably with experience in utilizing data analytics to drive business insights.
- Proficiency in explaining complex data analytics concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as training and customer onboarding.
- Familiarity with our e-commerce SaaS product, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles.
