CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Identity and Access Management Manager to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

The Identity and Access Management Manager is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our identity systems. This role involves building and leading a team of identity analysts and administrators to maintain and optimize our identity infrastructure. The Identity and Access Management Manager works with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. 

How you’ll create opportunities in this Identity and Access Management Manager role:

  • Develop and Implement IAM Frameworks 
  • Lead and mentor a team of identity analysts and administrators.  
  • Implement and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for identity operations.  
  • Monitor and manage identity resources to ensure scalability and availability.  
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and services in the identity system.  
  • Analyze usage patterns and implement cost-saving measures to optimize identity costs.  
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection, and industry standards. 
  • Promptly troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues.  
  • Stay updated on emerging identity technologies and trends.  
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the identity operations team. 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 7 years relevant IT experience is required
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Hands on experience with IAM technologies and frameworks preferred.  
  • Proficiency in identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity).  
  • Familiarity with Identity as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).  
  • Knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth) is advantageous.  
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager) are desirable.
