The Administrative Assistant position is in person in our Eau Claire, WI office. The position is part-time, 20-25 hours/week.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, accept deliveries, manage incoming and outgoing mail, arrange for office equipment maintenance
  • Manage aesthetic of common spaces, conference rooms, and hospitality arrangements
  • Assist with planning and executing interoffice functions and events
  • Inventory, purchase, and stock supplies
  • Act as point of contact for internal teams and vendors as needed
  • Assist Office Coordinator and other administrative associates with clerical, administrative, and overflow work support as needed, including additional tasks created during busy seasons


Qualifications

  • One+ year of administrative experience required, experience in a professional services work environment preferred
  • Client service experience required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects under time deadlines
  • Ability to use and learn various software programs
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling to meet workflow demands
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communications
