Summary:
We are looking for a talented training professional (12-month contract) to conduct training and development programs for Samsung Ads Product & Engineering teams.
You will report to the Director of Knowledge Management and Learning and be responsible for collecting information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and other organizational stakeholders to design and lead effective, repeatable onboarding and training programs that can be adopted globally.


Role & Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deliver global training programs to build expertise and skills aligned with company objectives.
● Create scalable onboarding and training programs that support a diverse and distributed workforce.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
● Develop high-quality training assets, presentations, and course materials, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
● Facilitate learning through various methods, including in-person, virtual instruction, workshops, and coaching.
● Build and manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
● Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create and deliver impactful learning programs.
● Stay ahead of organizational training needs to update curriculum and content as required.
● Set and measure KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve learning outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    ● 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a technical or global organization, with a proven track record of success.
    ● Strong grasp of adult learning principles, with expertise in designing programs that resonate with diverse employee groups.
    ● Proven ability to develop comprehensive and accurate training materials and facilitate clear training sessions.
    ● Experienced with LMS platforms and a variety of training modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and AI-driven learning).
    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
    ● Previous experience with essential office tools, including MS Office, Google Docs/Drive, Slack, and screenshot technology; High aptitude for learning tools like Jira, Confluence.
    ● Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally across departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and HR.
    ● Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
    ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
    ● Knowledge of Advertising Technology a plus Nice to haves (bonus skills - these are not required, but are a plus):
    ● Experience in graphic design / designing visual content to simplify complex ideas.
    ● Experience working as part of a globally distributed team.
