Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City!

The Human Resources intern is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources Department under the direction of the Senior Human Resources Specialist.

Your Role

• Provides excellent customer service to team members in our Mexico City and Monterrey offices, and Site Supervision team located throughout Mexico.
• Partners with Senior Human Resources Specialist on administrative functions, such as data entry in various Human Resources-related databases.
• Assists with creating and maintaining team members’ electronic personnel files.
• Assists with verification of employment letters.
• Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assists in onboarding activities for new team members.
• Supports company culture and company events.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented are essential traits required of the individual.
• Ability to positively interface with all levels of team members is essential.
• Ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure is essential.
• Evokes a teamwork mentality and is dependable.
• Ensures confidentiality in all aspects of the Human Resources Department is essential.
