Human Resources Business Partner

Scope of Leadership Role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Business Partner for our Corporate Functions Segment. If you’re passionate about HR and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the place to be. Reporting to the Vice President HR, Corporate Functions you’ll play a pivotal role in both administrative and strategic functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. Additionally, you will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes for the segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders
• Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience
• Oversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organization
• Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the Corporate Segment
• Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress
• Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity
• Partner with across other segments and with the Center of Expertise on Talent Management processes
• Manage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectives
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably partnering with managers
• Previous experience managing HR projects
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiatives

Compensation Details:

$90-120K 
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
