Verisure (operating under the brand Securitas Direct in Spain and Portugal) is seeking a talented, innovative, proactive, hands-on Senior Workday Analyst to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team to impact and help drive Verisure’ s growth, through the delivery of HRIS strategic initiatives and best practices.

The HRIS Centre of Excellence is responsible for the Global HR systems within Verisure, primarily Workday and Phenom People. The team implements and delivers all Global HR systems projects for the Company on an international level. In the past, the team has overseen the implementation of Workday and Phenom People platforms and continues to work to enhance the system and related business processes.

The Global HRIS – Senior Workday Analyst will acts as an outstanding leader for the Global HRIS team,  whose key objective is to drive design and implementation of solutions within Workday,  as well as supporting key business processes in production.

He/she is the specialist at adopting innovation and mastering technology, and passionate about helping employees gain knowledge and improve their skills, as well as representing our system, team and organization.

Opportunities for development for the successful candidate are substantial and there is a large potential to take other roles in the company (different areas, functions, countries, etc) and the Group HR Team.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Workday Analyst will be the key leader within the HRIS function, responsible for delivering key initiatives to advance the adoption of Workday for Countries and Group Functions.

The successful candidate will:

  • Serve as the partner to country and global HR teams,  supporting areas in Workday, including HCM Core, Performance Management, Core Compensation, Learning, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Reporting etc.
  • Ongoing development of product knowledge covering different modules of Workday – including HCM, Compensation, Talent and Security
  • Lead global initiatives to improve Workday and related business processes
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners and HR COEs in service delivery, including managing initiatives in the ongoing improvement of Workday.
  • Manage Service Requests from Country teams provided Tier 2 service support on Workday Configuration issues.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of system configuration, and master data values in Workday
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen
  • Participating in cross-team projects spanning several functions and geographies with change management activities, including stakeholder management, training planning, communication, to driver adoption to the new system or functions
  • Coordinate between stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultural backgrounds, as projects can regularly include teams in different Verisure countries and providers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for a  top performer individual, proactive, analytical, process-oriented, and focused on driving value to the business

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday - covering modules including HCM, Absence, Security or Compensation.  Preference given to candidates with courses delivered by Workday or extensive experience in more than 1 module.
  • Previous experience working in an HR or HRIS department, providing support to an HR organization on either operational or project subjects.  Strong understanding of HR matters
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex, technical information to a lay audience in a simple, concise manner
  • Experience liaising with internal stakeholders ideally as part of a global team, ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, proven ability to lead through influence, and experience facilitating decision-making; and
  • Experience in an international company, ideally with a start-up-like environment
  • Open minded, flexible and dynamic attitude towards work
  • High degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, trust, maturity
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Post graduate degree or MBA would be preferred
  • Fluent English is critical
