- Consult with and give advice to Managers and employees in all Human Resources matters along the HR Life Cycle and provide expertise and deliver excellent service
- Manage P&O topics as recruitment, personnel development, labor law, talent management, performance management
- Frequently develop existing HR tools, methods and /or processes as well as new HR Business approaches corresponding to business needs
- Foster a positive work environment Promote diversity, equity and inclusion
- Measure the impact of P&O initiatives
- Collaboration with local works council Collaboration with Global P&O department
- Oversight of HR Audits Cross-country and cross-cultural abilities
Your profile
- Several years of experience as HRBP in an international environment
- Experience in fostering a professional and trusted relationship with a workers council
- Degree in economics, ideally with specialization in Human Resources Management
- Experience in working in cross-functional and cross-national teams
- Resilience, empathy, persistance and flexibility
- Excellent English skills both in written and spoken
