  • Consult with and give advice to Managers and employees in all Human Resources matters along the HR Life Cycle and provide expertise and deliver excellent service
  • Manage P&O topics as recruitment, personnel development, labor law, talent management, performance management 
  • Frequently develop existing HR tools, methods and /or processes as well as new HR Business approaches corresponding to business needs

Your profile

  • Several years of experience as HRBP in an international environment
  • Experience in fostering a professional and trusted relationship with a workers council
  • Degree in economics, ideally with specialization in Human Resources Management
  • Experience in working in cross-functional and cross-national teams
  • Resilience, empathy, persistance and flexibility
  • Excellent English skills both in written and spoken
