Role description
- The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for:
- The HR Operations Analyst focuses on analyzing and improving HR processes by collecting, managing, and interpreting
- HR data. They ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, create and maintain HR documentation, and provide actionable insights to improve policies, compliance, and workforce planning.
Required Skills
- Hard/technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
- HRIS systems.
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced English proficiency
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced data analysis and visualization expertise.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
