How you will contribute
You will implement pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. You will also get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies while at the same time building strong partnerships within the business to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases, and scope, align, adopt and leverage technology for respective learnings and pilots.

We are looking for a Sr. Integration Lead for Latin America with extensive experience in the integration of legacy systems for sales, implementation of complex architectures and management of middleware such as MuleSoft, Talend and B2B. In addition, experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with other business and operational systems is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in large projects, leading global and regional teams, and managing the connectivity of systems critical to the sales operation in multiple markets. Advanced English is an essential requirement to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in complex systems integration and technology architecture.
- Proven experience in integrating sales legacy systems with new technologies.
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA interfaces and integration with other business and operational systems.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Talend and B2B.
- Experience implementing complex systems in high transactional environments.
- Experience leading global and regional teams, with a focus on international project management.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture and ETL.
- Skills in data management, cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity applied to integration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced English (essential, ability to interact with global teams).
