KEY QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide both strategic and operational HR support to senior leadership.
- Act as the right hand to the Sr. HRBP in driving key HR initiatives.
- *Play a critical role in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and merit review cycles.
- Support business leaders in the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Industrial sectors.
- Oversee HR administrative functions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead employee engagement and time management programs.
- Supervise licensing and general affairs contractors; coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
- Onsite presence required daily, flexibility possible post-regularization.
- Preferred background: Manufacturing and/or Engineering industries.
- Experience required: 10–15 years in HR, including at least 5 years as an HR Manager.
- Work Location: Makati City.
